Tracking

Address Accuracy

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors/building staff and look around entrances/porches/mail rooms.

If still missing after 7 days, contact us at contactus@wesolveskin.com with your order number.

Replacements/refunds for lost or stolen packages are handled case-by-case after a carrier claim and internal review.
Risk of Loss

Where permitted by law, title and risk pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
