Where We Ship

  • Regions: We ship to United States

Processing (No Guaranteed Timelines)

  • Orders are prepared for shipment on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Processing times vary and depend on order volume and item availability.

  • We do not guarantee any processing or ship-by date.

Delivery (No Guaranteed Dates)

  • Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Weather, peak volumes, and other factors may cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  • Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • We aren’t responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address changes after purchase may not be possible once processing begins; email contactus@wesolveskin.com ASAP.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors/building staff and look around entrances/porches/mail rooms.

  • If still missing after 7 days, contact us at contactus@wesolveskin.com with your order number.

  • Replacements/refunds for lost or stolen packages are handled case-by-case after a carrier claim and internal review.

Risk of Loss

  • Where permitted by law, title and risk pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.

  • In jurisdictions requiring otherwise, risk passes upon delivery to you.
