Refund policy

Returns should include original packing slip with customer info and packing number. In the event your original packing slip is lost, you must include a slip with your full name and address for a refund to be processed.

Upon return, all items will be subjected to a quality assurance check to ensure all bottles are sealed and in acceptable condition. If product seals are broken, or the product has been opened or damaged, We Solve Skin will not be held responsible, and there will be no refund issued.
